Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions of Service Agreement: The services (the "Services") provided by Mutton Lane Investments Inc. doing business as Bitcoin Central (the "Company") to you are subject to the terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms") contained in this Agreement. The Company will NOT provide any Services to you unless you accept the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms. The Terms are as follows: You acknowledge and agree that: you have read and understood the entirety of this Agreement; you are transferring Bitcoin, other cryptocurrency and/or funds ONLY to an address or wallet that you control; you will NOT transfer Bitcoin, other cryptocurrency, and/or funds to an address or wallet that you do not control; you are using the Services at your own risk; and the Company is not liable for any Bitcoin, other cryptocurrency, and/or funds that you lose if you breach the Terms, including but not limited to any loss(es) you suffer because you sent the Bitcoin, other cryptocurrency, and/or funds to an address or wallet that you do not control.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that: using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is risky; using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency can result in financial loss(es) to yourself; and the Company is not liable for any financial loss(es) that you suffer in connection with your use of Bitcoin and/or other cryptocurrency. You acknowledge and agree that: the Company has advised you to be wary of fraudulent activity and scams involving Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency, and that, to be safe, you should not send Bitcoin and/or other cryptocurrency to individuals whom you do not know; any transactions you make using the Services and/or ATMs owned by the Company, cannot be cancelled or reversed; and any Bitcoin, other cryptocurrency, and/or funds that you transfer via the Services and/or this ATM cannot be refunded to you.
